Awaken your senses and build a deeper connection with nature
This is a slow, gentle and deliberate meditative stroll along a beautiful stretch of the coastline between Paignton and Brixham.
During the tour, Lyndon will play his Handpan, a melodic percussion instrument, which emits warm, soothing and uplifting sounds to help you relax, listen, observe and embrace the moment.
This tour offers an opportunity to really step out of the hustle and bustle of daily life for a short time and connect with everything that is going on around you.
- Tune into the calming rhythm of the sea
- Develop a stronger sensory awareness
- Reconnect with the elements – sand underfoot and wind on the skin
- Enhance your curiosity as the walk encourages noticing small, meaningful details
